After years of hosting our popular EA Days, we’re excited to share a fresh evolution of the experience — one that feels bigger, more inclusive, and even more aligned with how today’s event professionals love to connect.
Welcome to Compass Connects.
Compass Connects is our new quarterly event series designed to bring together executive assistants, admins, meeting planners, hospitality partners and event pros for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and hands-on fun. It’s still everything people loved about EA Days — just with a bigger focus on community, collaboration, and experiential discovery.
Why the Change?
As our audience has grown, so has the need for a name that truly reflects who these events are for. EA Days started with a small but mighty group of executive assistants. Over time, planners, admins, and hospitality partners have joined in, and the event has naturally expanded into a cross-industry gathering of people who make events, teams, and culture happen.
Compass Connects reflects that evolution. It’s inclusive, inviting, and centered on what matters most: creating meaningful connections through memorable experiences.

Each event is intentionally designed to be fun, low-pressure, and memorable — the kind of meetup where people relax, laugh, try something new, and walk away inspired.

One of the unique hallmarks of Compass Connects is our seasonally strategic approach.
Instead of just celebrating the current season, each event highlights what’s coming up — helping planners think ahead, visualize their future events, and discover timely activity options that match their upcoming needs.

For example, our super fun and crowd-favorite event this year, “Jingle in July” gave guests a hands-on preview of holiday-themed workshops right in the middle of summer — perfect timing for planners who need to start booking Q4 early. Many took advantage of early booking deals!
This approach lets attendees experience ideas right when they most need them, rather than when it’s already too late to plan.
